can someone help me..... i have been selling my private collection of hot toy figures on ebay and paypal have limited my account asking me to register as a buisness and also supply receipts for everything i sold.
i am a private seller, most of my items where bought at comic fayres and privatly so i dont have receipts.
I have posted the items and now cant access my money what can i do.
