While trying to link my bank account to my paypal account I was asked about an access ID along with a bunnch of security questions. What is the access ID and how do I get it?
The email address that is associated with your PayPal Account.

Do you mean the email used as the login name OR the primary email?
I have a payment pending that I can't receive because I don't know the email address to use.
