Does anyone have any experience with borntrade.com ? Seems like a very unorganized site but has nice jerseys for a good price. I sent them a payment via paypal and now my account shows that I have 0 orders.
I am having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I don't know what to do now. I ordered 12 jerseys on 12-4-09 and they accepted my paypal payment, but I have not gotten anything yet.
I threatened to "revoke" my payment in an email to "Steven Chen" thinking it would spark a response, but ....Nope. Nothing.
I ordered Pens Jerseys from them in JULY and got them days later with no problem.
Have you contacted PayPal? What is your next step? I am starting to get worried and irritated at the same time!!!
We are in the same situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT MUST BE A SCAM. we ordered on December 7th and keep getting no where with them. They can't speak english/email and just keep dragging us along. We are out $400.
We have talked to US Post Office and we can't do anything from our end. They have to contact them to see what's going on and they have not or will not do that.
It's a shame, especially since most were Christmas presents. They keep saying, don't worry they'll get there. Right!
We have ordered jerseys 3 times. Twice we got everything within 10 days. The 3rd time we got partial shipments but are still waiting for 22 jerseys. Emails don't get answered til you threaten to contact PayPal, even then we are waiting for jerseys we ordered in October. Wish you luck with your order.
