Calling English speaking American????????

I am thoroughly, no absolutely, no completely, no Empirically, no universally FRUSTRATED that EVERYTIME I call Pay Pal credit services I get a non English speaking person! I cant understand a word, not a single word, not a thing they say.

Ater the so minutes it takes to get thru 15 security questions--absurb, ridiculous, unnecessary, frustrating,overboard,innane, time consuming, I am put on hold while they crank up some static driven 114 decible music?noise? while I am on hold for ten minutes!

This company has good intentions but its really, really, really poor/terrible/awful/bad with English speaking customers and their overboard/redundant/overkill security questions.

Ah!!!  Someone who speaks my language. Still mad?????  Let's get together on this. Maybe there is someway we can mess with Paypal's foreign tech support.

Packages to mail. Some without Paypal, since they really have no support to help me out of a address problem. What a bunch of (never mind that).

We need to get the jobs back in America.

Papal is the only company I have ever called and asked for an USA agent and the refuse to transfer us. Also none could fix our problem we could not understand anyone the noise is so bad. I have talked to 3 agent and a supervisor still only a waist of time and no help , they have no problem taking our money but do not want to help and have a thing against Americans and we wonder why the employment and service is so bad in this country.   I still have this problem and it is costing me money I have a billing address and a different shipping address for packages and they keep switching them then my packages are returned and I have to pay for shipping 2xs now they want me to have a C/C for my shipping address my warehouse Hmmm that make allot of sconce ! How can a company so big be so hard to work with when you have a problem and have no problem taking money- holding money - holding orders - withdrawing from you bank or account in a sec.!!!!!!!!!!

Is the another company then papal?????

I love my eBay store I feel papal is eBay friendly so paypal is a factor a poor factor!
