Can I make a large purchase on ebay or is there a limit on my paypal account?

I would like to make a purchase somewhere between $500 and $1500 on ebay and use paypal to pay for it. Is there limit to the amount I can pay. I know at the top of my account page it says something about a $500 withdrawal limit. Does this impact my purchase. I do have a verified account. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no limit on Ebay purchases. The limit looks to be ATM withdrawal, normally $400 and debit of normally $1500.

Hi All,

To clarify, the maximum dollar amount for any single transaction is $10,000 for a PayPal member.

• To make a payment more than $10,000, multiple transactions can be sent to add up to the total amount
• The maximum charge limit is dependent on the availability on the credit card after the account is Verified

I just applied and got a mastercard from ebay and it put my limit at 1700 and i need 3700 to buy a new trailer how do i get it raised
