Dear Emily, in February 2009 I bought 2 sets of cartridges for my Canon printers (MP 830 and  MP 520) and got a 3rd set free per your promotion for $73.50 + tax = $78.28. A set = PGI-5/CLI-8 BK/C/M/Y. I got partial use of 1 PGI-5BK and received an RMA #5337 on 5/7/09 for a replacement. None of the cartridges worked for my son's MP 520 and they just threw them away without telling me first. In the meantime, I used my Canon original cartridges as I couldn't risk issues with non functioning remanufactured cartridges from Click Inks. I recently tried to use the color cartridges without success and same for a 2nd PGI-5BK. When I called your Customer Service office on 12/18/09, I was told "tough luck" as too much time has elapsed to get Canon original replacements for even 1 set. I cannot believe my experience is unique and feel I was bilked of $78. I noticed on your business card the statement "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". Hello!
