I need some help here as I have joined Pay Pal and activated my credit card, but the system still won't let me use it for purchases. Since I only joined 2 days ago, does anyone know how long it takes to activate my credit card that I have had for 19 years. This is very frustrating as I found an item I would like to purchase but cannot. Whenever I try to purchase anything it directs my payment to my checking account. Thanks in advance.
