I need to file a complaint or a dispute about a purchase I made over Ebay which I used Bill me later for. The only problem is I can not locate a valid transaction ID to put into paypal. I click find Transaction ID and obviously it isn't listed in the paypal recent transactions and when I click check Bill me later there is no Transaction ID for the purchase, just a INVALID reference number. I really need to dispute this purchase as the item is broken in at least 3 ways and the company that sold it to me is fraudulant. Please help me!
