Hi, I'm new to this PayPal stuff and I recently got a refund on an item. I am an unverified account member; I don't know if that's why I'm having this problem. Here's what shows up on my account. I distorted my seller's name for privacy purposes. I got a refund, but my balance is still $0.00. Will the money automatically go into my bank account? I checked my bank account and nothing has been transacted. Someone help and explain what is going on, please? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

First, you need to verify your account to get the funds. Next, the funds will be credited to the original source. For example, if you paid for the item from you PayPal Account balance, the funds will be returned to it. If you paid for the item with a Credit Card, the refund will be credited to that Credit Card.
Regards,
skier
