How do I reopen a closed case?

PayPal closed two cases I had filed about Auctiva, and ruled in there favor, I want to reopen them. I used the fraudulent charge and should have use the other option. Can I get them reopened or re-filed?

Unfortunally not.  Once closed, that's it.

yeh paypal is not fair in dispute and is not a safe place todo business

Call Paypal at Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center". They just re-opened a case for me a few minutes ago. I accidently closed it thinking I could change the reason for the dispute. Oops but they fixed it.
