Well I entered a claim against this guy and heres what it said Yeah this dude scammed me. I bought a runescape guide but ended up with this bot. And the bot is against the TOS of runescape and they are getting sued. So I want a refund because I just bought a guide. And when I did it got a bot. I was like wtf. I want my money back. I will be disputing the other purchase because I was told if I spend like 6 more dollars that I would get the guide. But again it was the bot. So I want a refund and i`m sending this to the place where paypal reviews it because I talked to you before and you wouldn`t give me a refund. Now what I don`t get is instantly after it said from paypal "We do not do claims about item quality" Well It didn`t even have a guide so its not as described. So I was wondering if I could contact paypal somehow and dispute that because I never even recieved a guide just a bot which is getting sued and is against the TOS of the site. Ty for help
