I cannot lift the restrictions on my account because my SS# is still linked to an account I had over seven years ago. I closed that account and do not know the name, login or even the email I used to open it!
Have you tried contacting them directly to see if they can assist with your problem? I would not recommend an e-mail as almost all responses will be canned but you can give live phone support a try. Just remember they will have extremely thick accents so this will be a long call.
