I need to know if anyone has had this same problem. I have been fighting them both since around the 1st of November 2009. ;It all started when instead of using money from my paypal credit limit,like I had indicated they went into my bank account that didn't have sufficient;;funds 3 TIMES !! ;My bank paid the charges charging me $30.00 each time.And to add insult to injury they also charged it on my credit with them. The 1st time I called a very nice woman looked into it and saw this and said it would be straightened out right away.(I wonder if she's still working there) It wasn't and then the finger pointing began Paypal says it's G.E.banks fault. G.E. bank said they have nothing to do with that and it is paypals.I called and called from Nov. to the middle of Jan.2010. Then all of a sudden the statements disappeared and it said my credit balance was ) $0. I knew I owed them money which I wasn't going to pay til I say that the double charges were off my bill.&I also called and asked how I was going to make payments when they said my balance was $0.I was told according to their records I didn't owe anything. I WAS FED UP!!!!! I told them when they found what I owe to bill me. Last week I get an email from G.E. bank saying I was late on my payments and were charging me ;$39.00 and since their charge put me over the limit ;they were charging an over limit fee !! There is lots more that went on but---- Now every time I hear the word Paypal I get sick to my stomach and my blood pressure soars. Anybody out there with something similar???
