Often times when I try to print a UPS label it says You have entered an invalid value. It gives me no further information on what is the invalid value.  I am assuming the declared value.  I have tried to enter it ever which way and even different amounts.  Anyone give me any help?

Hi colinhedges,

If your UPS account is active and you are receiving an "Invalid value error", try removing the pre-filled shipping address and typing it in manually.

However, if you have not used your UPS account within the last 12 months, your UPS account has expired.

To resolve this issue, remove your old UPS account number and create a new UPS account:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click "Profile."
  3. Click the "Shipping Preferences" link.
  4. Click "Remove UPS Information."
  5. Read information provided and click "Remove."
  6. Click the "Add new or existing UPS account information" link.
  7. Under Choose Account Type, select "I do not have a UPS Shipping Account."
  8. Complete the page and click "Continue."
  9. Complete the registration.

Note: If you were previously set up to have your UPS account billed and you remove your UPS account from your PayPal account, the option to bill your UPS account will no longer be available. Once you add your new UPS account to your PayPal account, you can pay your UPS fees with your PayPal balance.
