You cannot add funds to Money Pak from PayPal, only from Money Pak to PayPal.

Do you mean a Green Dot Prepaid Visa?  Or Moneypak?

Moneypak cards can't...

But the Visa can.  When you log into your green dot account, open the "direct deposit" page and click "enroll now"

you will see a voided check with the routing number and your account number (not the same number that appears on your visa card)

enter these "as a bank account" on your paypal.  you can withdraw your paypal funds into the "green dot direct deposit" and it ends up in your card.  fees may apply...
