xxom and paypal

I had a problem while creating an account at xoom, I had sign up with another identity (my sister) which was not conformed to my paypal account. what are the alternatives global money transfer aside from xoom.

 Xoom always cancel my activity like of sending money to the philippines. they require me to have my id's but the problem was that I had presented only my school id, with my assessment form at school and also other certificate evidencing that I am the holder mof the account at paypal.

 Can just the paypal take charge of that case, take access with my xoom account to send money already

i'm currenlty having similar problems. I'm trying to send money to my girlfriend, but it keeps being cancelled for some unknown reason. Any help?

You could always use Western Union's Instant money transfer as an alternative.
