I have been communicating with PayPal compliance Dept. from weeks, and since then there is no resolution.
I am the proprietor of the company and in my case , as per the Indian taxation system, no separate pan card is needed / required / made ever. PayPal has upheld my account asking for company pan card, which doesn't even exist in Indian laws.
I talked with the Customer Support Dept. , india today and the person concerned, mentioned that as there is no pan card in company’s name, they have locked.
I have explained in my earlier e-mails that in proprietary companies, there are NO SEPARATE PAN CARDS issued, and the PAN card of the owner is the one used for the taxation. I have consulted the CA of my company, income tax officers.
So I dont know why PayPal is asking for something which doesn’t even exist in Indian taxation system. The team should be well versed with this concept. If not, then you can verify the information I have supplied on January 24th.
I dont know how this will be resolved.
