I need PayPal funds to purchase new year deals. Really out of time so please lift my account limits asap. You guys at paypal are stopping me for no reason. Sometimes I really question, how can people be so inconsiderate of things. Are they out of their mind? Is this a joke?
Alright here's the story:
I received two emails from PayPal. One saying - your proof of address is valid but send your proof of identity again. The other email - your proof identity is valid but send your proof of address.
Really?? I would accept this joke if the support staffs responded quickly. But my god, I have to wait entire 15 hours to get one response back. Well, which too invalidates without getting job done. GREAT! Honestly, I am running out of time. I have sent all that's required from my part. I am not sending any more document - it's going to delay things more. It beocmes pointless to use

What is a valid proof of identity?

- Your ID card
- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)
- Your Passport
- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.
Note: The following information must be visible on the document:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Date of issue and expiry
- Document ID Number.
Note: The document needs to be fully visible. Partial documents cannot be accepted as a valid proof of identity.
Once you've completed these steps and provided any additional information we may need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We'll send you an email with the outcome of the review.

The document we received was only a partial document. To comply with EU Regulation and in order to lift this limitation we need to receive a full document. Please provide us with a new, full copy of a document that proves you live at the address currently registered.
What is a valid proof of address?
We accept a copy of:
- Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- Bank or credit card statements
- Your driving licence. (Note: We can only accept a driving licence if: it shows your address, it's been issued within the last 12 months, and it's accompanied by another valid government-issued photo ID)
- Your printed payslip.
We do not accept:
- Invoices
- Partial Documents.
Please note: The document must show your full name and address as registered on the PayPal account. If the document only shows initials, a proof of identity is needed as well. The document cannot be older than 12 months and should be fully legible.
