So, yeah... Long story but I'll try my best to explain it.
First of all I was fine with PayPal and had been using it for the past 3 years. I accidently cancelled the direct debit set to PayPal from my bank account and ever since I’ve been doomed.
I then tried to re-link my bank account and waited for the time required to verify with those small amounts of “£” sent to my bank account.
It’s been two weeks since then but PayPal keeps sending out eCheques even though I had emails confirming that the “bank account has been linked”.
I also added a card to try my luck as the payment to sellers take over a week to be cleared with eCheques, which means I have to wait a long time till the items are dispatched and received.
I have been unsuccessful in everything that I tried and now very frustrated that I could eat a human size can of Pringles to myself.
So please just help me understand why this is happening?
Thank you all in advance.

Only customer services can view your account to help you >>>
Click on the words "Contact Us" at the bottom of most paypal pages or in your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi Vamp_21,
Apologies for the delayed response. Are you still experiencing issues?
If so, it sounds like you still need to set up the direct debit by confirming the bank account. I would suggest removing the bank account altogether and then re-adding it through the 'profile' section of your account. You can then click on the 'confirm' button and you will be sent the 2 deposit amounts needed to complete the process.
Hope this helps,
Siobhan
