Hi everybody,
I need help with this transaction. I would like to buy an iPhone 6s from the Apple Store (UK) and start to pay it in instalments with the paypal credit. When I choose the option "Instalments" and then "PayPal credit", I am transferred to a PayPal windows in which it tells me the whole import (£789), my payment method (Bank Account) and the button "Continue".
Now I have stopped and have not hit continue because I wouldn't like PayPal to take the whole price from my bank account. I am choosing to pay in instalments because I do not have enough money right now!
Can someone clarify me the situation? What is it happening? How should I continue?
Thanks

Hi nsattya,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!
I’m very sorry to hear you were experiencing challenges with buying with PayPal Credit. Have you managed to complete the payment by now?
If you will continue experiencing difficulties with sending the payment, I would recommend you contacting PayPal Credit directly on 0800 368 7155. The representative will be able to review your account and assist with completing the payment.
Hope it will get resolved for you soon.
Anna
