I sold used jacket on ebay and the moment I got paid my Paypal account was limited. I sent all the documents they asked - proof of ID, proof of address ect. After few days I received an email that for security reasons I can't use Paypal anymore and the decision is final. Called several times to Customer support and nobody can give me explenation.
