Personal information verify problem

I give a message today in my paypal dashboard:
"We need more information to resolve a problem with your account."

I fill three step of verification (personal information, proof of identity, proof of address).
The paypal checked identity and address points with ticks in the left sidebar, but when i fill personal information i give an error message:
"We’re experiencing some technical difficulties."
