Please send some additional information, Correct name & info given. help?

I have sent off some letters via the upload to remove the limits.

But i checked my email and apparently i did not have to do that if all the infomation was correct.

this may be the problem.

It asked for my first and last name,

Exsample: "R***** A**** Then when creating my bank account with loyds TSB i added "III" 

so it would be R***** A**** III as in "the Third" it is listed on my card/Bank letters, But i was wondering if i had to enter that in the second name area "A**** III"

All the infomation is correct and i have gone over this many many times, that is the only think i could come up with

That may be your issue as the name has to be exact.  Suggest contacting customer support as the proper way of formatting your name in your account profile setup.
