My brother has been using PayPal with his debit card for a very long time but when I set my profile up, it requires a security card, which my TD debit card doesn't have. This really makes me mad because I can't pay but someone else can. Is there something I'm missing? Or is it just a policy that Paypal has recently gotten?
Unfortunately not all cards are accepted. If PayPal's system security cannot validate the card, it's rejected. For example, if the name and billing address or security code cannot be validated or the name and billing address do not match the name and billing address used to setup the PayPal Account, the card will be rejected.
