Hi, I was entering in my PayPal info into a website to make a purchase, but accidentally ended up making a new account under an email I don’t have. I gave my info, and the payment was made from my card, but I want to delete the account I accidentally made. How do I do that?

Once we’re able to verify some information with you over the phone, we’re able to assist in resolving the issue. You can find the number to reach us by going to https://www.paypal.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and selecting Contact. From there select the "Password and account access option", "Login problems", and at the bottom of that page you'll find the contact options available to you. I hope this helps! - Kyson
