Adding Personal PayPal Account

I have had a PayPal Business account for decades, one of the first I think. I would like to add a personal PayPal account to take advantage of other services not available to the business account. Do I start from scratch or is there a way to add it to the business account?

A personal account is independent of a business account and has it’s own login info.
