Additional user / UK verification process

Hello PayPal Community.

I've added my business partner as a user on our paypal account, which was not a problem. However, PayPal requires her identity to be verified, which should also not be a problem. The Confirm Identity form asks specifically for a residential address, which we provided. 

The correct residential address is then rejected, with a 'we can't identify the business' message. Reminder: the verification process was not for the business, which is fully verified, but for an additional user. Has anyone any ideas?
