Already confirmed Identity but it keeps asking for the information

(Solved as I was typing this but it may be helpful to others with the same issue)

 

I am having the worst time of my life with paypal right now. I switched to a business account a while back and had the standard verify your identity demands, my bank didn't give bank statements with my address so I had to go and ask them for any documentation that would have all the info paypal was asking me for. Solved that, all green checkmarks. 

 

Big problem, still gives me the red flag of needing to verify my identity. I click see details, all green checkmarks. Got an email with a payment letting me know that I had to go to the resolution center to give some info, no messages appeared and its back to square 1.

 

-Solution-

I was casually checking the different things to do in account settings and accidentally solved my months long issue.

1. Went to "Money, banks and cards" in the business profile tab.

2. Linked my bank (It was already a payment option and I had previously linked it)

3. Success, I got an email letting me know the money had gone through and that my limitations were lifted.
