Hello, I would like to know how to prevent the person with whom I communicate from knowing my real name when paying or sending a payment. The truth is that I am not comfortable with this information being provided to someone else when notifications are sent to their email. Thank you so much.
You can’t be 100% anonymous on PayPal and conducting financial transactions in general. People need to know at least who they’re doing business with. And since you’re using a business account, your business info would generally interface with the public. That said, you can hide your info when creating/sending an estimate or invoice.
