Can I use paypal without having a cell phone

Can I use paypal without a cell phone. I just tried to log in to add currency to my account

and encountered "Add a cellphone number.  I don't have or want a cell phone.

Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

so does that mean I cannot use Paypal if I don't have   one?
