Can not set up a busness paypal in malta

Hello I set it a busness account from paypal and it has given me a us based account automatically. Now my email I need for my busness is stuck with this account witch I can not verify as a live in malta not the us

Can you switch out the primary email address with a disposable one, thus freeing up your email address for a new account and then close old one you just opened?

If you want to change your current email address with another one, you'll need to add the new email address, make it your primary email, and then remove the old email address.

I tried and I even set up a new email to do so so I new it was not connected to anything or another account and it told me I could add 6 more emails yet would not add the new one
