Can’t confirm email address

Is anyone else struggling to confirm their email address? As I have been told that there is a system update going on, I have been told so many different things and feel like no one wants to help, I have been able to confirm my gmail email address but not my iCloud email address for some reason

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble confirming your email address. Please see this link on how to confirm your email How do I confirm my email address? (paypal.com).
If you are still having trouble confirming your email address, you can call us on PayPal and we can help confirm your email address for you. If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website, you can click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Then, from here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, and 'Login Problems', on the next page, you will see a 'Message Us’ or ‘Call Us’ option.
