Canada. Can't change address(zip code invalid)

Hi! In 2020 I moved to Canada from Montenegro(I have Ukrainian passport). Changed for a new account. Everything worked till I tried to change my account to business .
When I moved to another address inside Canada it won’t let me change the address (error - Zip code invalid). First of all, I tried delete old address and make new -no luck. Then I tried to add new address first - no luck. All possible ways I tried. It still said - invalid zipcode. What should I do?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

I did all off that you talking about after I moved to Canada and it WORKS. I'm be able to receive and spend money.
I tried to change my address yesterday, because it's not valid anymore. From Canadian address to Canadian. Zip code invalid. WHY? what should I do?

Your answer is not to my question. That's not what I asked for.
I moved inside my province, Canada, BC. From one apartment to another.
My address is obviously was changed. But PayPal won’t let me change it.
Website shows me -new zip code invalid. (It is valid! I live here more than 6 month now and use it in many other services)
what can I do? how to fix that issue on PayPal website?
p.s. I also tried to change billing address for my credit & debit cards first.
And tried to delete card and add them again. But got the same problem with zip code.

You are posting with a SERBIAN paypal account, you can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.

How it's even possible? I used a new e-mail(made on Canadian land) and a Canadian credit card, Canadian address.
BUT I got help from customer service with transfer my funds from one old account to a new one.
If that's their fault that I have Serbian account? Could it be fixed by PayPal?
