Cub Scout Pack Treasurer died unexpectedly, and we can't access the account

I am with a Cub Scout Pack, and our Treasurer died unexpectedly.  He was apparently the only one with the login details for our Pack PayPal account.  We now cannot access the account or the money in it.  We, of course, have the details of the organization and the bank account tied to the account, but don't the email he used to register, let alone the password. I also don't know if he set it up as a 501c3 account or just did a personal account because it was easier.  Is there any hope of regaining access?

Your best bet is to contact customer services and see if they can help you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
