Does PayPal accept a Temporary Instructor’s Permit in place of a Driver’s License?

I am attempting to store money in PayPal, but it requires photo ID. The only ones I have are an expired license and a temporary instructor’s permit. Would that be enough?

Unfortunately, we would not accept this as valid photo identification. 

We do not accept expired, partial or obscured documents, military IDs, permits, state medical cards or student cards. 

Acceptable Proof of Identity documents are:

• Passport or passport card
• Driver’s license (front and back)
• State or Government Issue ID (front and back)
