Facial recognition system is not working

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

It sounds like you're having trouble with face recognition when logging into your PayPal Mobile App, and I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your app. If it still isn't working, please contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
