Frozen account no response from venmo

UNPROFESSIONAL- VENMO Venmo recently froze my account. Not allowing me to have any access to those funds. The “account specialist” are only reachable via email multiple people at Venmo told me 4-5 days for them to get back to me. Still no response…. I’m beginning to think Venmo is scamming me. No one can give me any information on my case?? That is my money they are witholding

Hi Swamy, I have contacted Venmo multiple times and been met with differing answers and no solutions. It has been over a week and I still have no access to those frozen funds. I feel as if I am being scammed
