Hello guy's, I have an account that is locked out by Google Authenticator, unable to synchronise with PayPal. I tried Google Authenticator with other websites just to double check perhaps it was my mistake. To my suprise, all websites are working without an issue, including LinkedIn and Amazon. Is there anyone that could assist me to regain access back to my account, as customer support referred me to write an email. No one has responded with a solution as of yet. Thanks

Not being able to use a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) service like Google Authenticator is a definite concern! To address concerns with PayPal's Security Key or an app based 2FA service like Google Authenticator, it will be necessary to ask you to call our Phone Support Team due to the security issues involved.
