Has anyone else had a request time out when attempting to enroll a security key?

Attempting to enroll my security key this morning and the the request (black dialogue box to select app vs. physical key) times out before I can even tick the radio button. Unable to complete enrollment. Nothing (no surprise) in Google results about this happening to anyone else.

 

BTW, there's not a relevant label to choose for this post. That's strike 3 for me this morning for PayPal's performance. Strike one was the key enrollment and strike two was the chatbox reply to my support inquiry, asking if I wanted to dispute a charge.
