Hello - Stuck in an reCAPTCHA security loop

I am trying to login to the app following a change of mobile device. When I login I get stuck in a never ending reCAPTCHA loop where I verify I’m not a robot a few times before being taken back to the login screen again. This is rather frustrating! 

Has this happened to anyone else?

I’ve only just installed the phone and trying to sign into it for the first time in the this new phone. It’s a very annoying problem.
