How Do I Upgrade to a Cash or Cash Plus Account?

I want to be able to use my PP balance to pay like I used to. I declined to upgrade before I understood what it was. How do I upgrade now? Also, What is the difference between the 2? I've rsearched and still don't understand.

Did you figure this out? I have money sitti in the acct and can't figure out how to withdraw from atm or use it in store. I'm so confused.

I was able to upgrade to cash plus but I'm still confused on how to use it.
