In general, PayPal does not offer a platform or venue for listing and selling items. PayPal is a payments processor only. ECommerce websites like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon allow customers to list items for sale and they collect payments or they allow money to be forwarded to a PayPal account.
If you have your own website, you can add a PayPal button or arrange for other payment solutions through that. Please check out https://www.paypal.com/us/business/accept-payments for more information. To keep things simple, you also could give out your PayPal email address and direct buyers to send payments from their PayPal account when they make a purchase.
