How can I get a screenshot of the direct deposit form and my profile with my address and name on it

The place that's is sending me money wants a screenshot of direct deposit form and my name and address but my phone isn't supportive.

That's not a paypal specific question.

That's like asking paypal how to take a photograph of any items you want to sell !!!

Suggest you google screenshot how to take a screenshot its pretty basic dependent on your phone type.
