How can I change the language in my account settings to Russian if I'm from Kazakhstan? Only 4 languages ​​are available: English, Spanish, Chinese and French.

How to Change the Language on a PayPal Account

1. Navigate to the PayPal website on your Web browser, sign in to your account and click the "Profile" tab at the top of your account.
2. Click the "My Settings" button in the My Profile menu.
3. Click the "Update" link in the Preferred Language row.

Me too... I am a Swedish Finn and my Finnish is very poor, yet PayPal only allows Finnish in Finland despite the fact that products and services in Swedish or at least English are VERY common here. Disappointing that PayPal doesn't seem to think so.

I live in Switzerland and I am italian. It is incredibile that now I see some menu name in italian and the majority of content in german. I thin Elon Musk shall come back to PayPal and fire some software designer here. Dario
