How do I verify my account to sell on Ebay?

How do I verify my account when I've already got multiple bank accounts and cards linked and also don't have the credit to get approved for paypal credit? It would seem the vast majority of people have this problem and I'm not sure how my account isn't already verified when I have been using it for 10 years now and have 2 bank accounts, a debit card and three credit cards linked to it. I'm just trying to sell on Ebay but of course not without an impossible hoop to try and jump through first! Any advice I've found takes me right back to the initial link that ultimately led me here. Someone please help me out of this god forsaken catch 22 I've been tricked into!!

Thank you for your post! Your PayPal account is identified by the email address you use with your account as the primary email address, and not by an account number. For instructions on Verification, please visit this Help Center article.
