How to change Merchant Name shown on customers' credit card statements?

I sold something to someone via PayPal invoice, and she sent me a screen shot of her payment confirmation, when I realized that a REALLY old email address of mine appears in the area that says "You'll see "PAYPAL *XXXXXXXXXXXX" on your card statement.   

I want to change what displays here (in the X's above), but I'm on a personal PayPal account and don't want to close my account and open a new one just to change this display name.  I chatted with a PayPal employee, who told me it was my bank that controlled what displays there, and not PayPal.  My bank account and all credit cards have NO connection to that old email, so that's simply not true.  It's definitely something on the PayPal side (I've had my account for many years).

Does anyone know how to change this?

You’ll have to upgrade to business account to update that bit. Personal accounts don’t have that setting. 

Then go to Account Settings > Business Information > Business Information > Update

Setting is on the bottom-left box.
