How to create an account for a nonprofit without adding executives or owners

I'm trying to set up a PayPal account for a small nonprofit music organization to receive member dues and transfer them into our bank account. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit. I have the EIN and the bank account information. PayPal is asking me for executives and owners, which are really not relevant for such an organization. I cannot seem to get past it. PayPal was also supposed to send me an Email to confirm the nonprofit status, but when I click Confirm in that Email, it just takes me back to the business information page. It used to be possible to phone PayPal for help, but I don't see that option now. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @csotfa9

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues setting up an account for a nonprofit. I can understand this can be a bit cumbersome. To help the government fight financial crime, Federal regulation requires covered financial institutions like PayPal to obtain, verify, and record information about the beneficial owners of legal entity customers. If this information isn't provided within 60 days of creating the PayPal account, it normally will result in your account becoming limited. If you still wish to reach our support teams, here's an article with details on how to reach PayPal Customer Service.

My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused,
