How to verify Paypal business account without a SSN or ITIN?

I have a registered US company that is opening a web shop to sell products in the US and Canada, so now I am in the process of setting up Paypal payment for that website, but in the process of getting the business account set up, I need to verify myself. I have all the paperwork for the company as well as a US bank account, but being a foreign citizen I don't have SSN or ITIN. 

Any ideas of what is possible? or not?

You can't use a U.S paypal account if you don't live in the U.S.
