Paypal has LOCKED my money for OVER A YEAR and contacting them is next to impossible!!! The one person who finally replied to me closed our message thread before checking if she actually resolved the problem, which she obviously didn't. I just want to transfer my money to my bank or card and BURN ALL KNOWLEDGE OF THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. I wish I never put my money or trust in this sh*t show.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? 1. I have tried calling over and over again and it just keeps saying "we cant support your enquiry over the phone at this time" and asks me to send a message. When I try to send a message I get stuck on "No I need more help" and then nothing happens. Anytime I type anything else it just says something along the lines of "sorry can you repeat that?" It is ENDLESSLY INFURIATING.
