I cannot login and also cannot use the forgot password tool

I have lost access to my PayPal account, if I login I get an error, if I try and reset the password I also get an error: 'Check your entries and try again'.  If I try and contact support I need to login, which I can't.  It also suggests to post in communities, which also requires a login, which doesn't make sense for a login problem.

I'm not sure how you can recover an account with a valid email, if the forgot password also doesn't work. I had to create a dummy account to even be able to post this question.  This account has been in use for 15+ years.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Literally none of those options exist, the only options are ask the community or resolution centre both of which don’t help

Well option 4 are always available.

The rest are normally open in working hours.
